"Excellent. Waylon and his team were very professional, answered all questions I had and performed superb service. Within the past year, I have had a few issues with my HVAC system. First go around, I contacted a different company who came by to access the issue and repair. For the time and labor involved (less than an hour) I feel I paid an outrageous amount but it needed to be done (summer time in the Panhandle of FL). The second issue, which turned out to be a faulty capacitor was handled by Waylon at H&W. Again another less than hour job to access and fix the issue but this time Waylon explained why this fix would be a "Band-Aid" to a bigger problem and advised looking into replacing my unit soon due to it's age and wear. All in all this cost me a third of the price from the previous visit by the other company. Fast forward to this past week, I contacted H&W and another company to get a quote for HVAC replacement. The first company came by and gave a detailed review of what would be done. H&W did the same but forwarded me the quote same day. The other company didn't get back to me until 3 days later, needless to say they missed out. Waylon and his professional team came by and completed the job, ran through everything they took care of and even followed up on additional questions I had at the end. You will be doing yourself a disservice if you do not contact them for any HVAC issue, big or small."

"Beyond expectations! Very hard workers! Got to my condo and went straight to work, worked without break for four hours straight. It’s a 3 member team (husband , wife, and adult son). They work so well together. Went above and beyond. Helped me go through my entire closet getting rid of so much accumulated stuff; reorganized my closet, and hauled all of it away for me, in addition to deep cleaning everything. My condo looks and smells amazing!!!! I’ve already booked for a monthly visit. Had absolutely zero concerns about them in my home. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Wow. Talk about responsive and professional. My heat pump fan wasn't working and our Boxers were overheating. I called Williams H and C, talked to a professional  assistant  who relayed the message to Billy Williams. I got a call back in 2 minutes. Billy said he'd be there this afternoon ( I called at 2 pm). Within an hour or so he arrived and fixed the problem right away. He also ran multiple other checks on the system to make sure I was all set to go, pointing out a couple concerns I may have in the future (evap coil rusting out). I will definitely be calling him back in the future when it's time to replace the air blower system. Very Fair and Honest.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

My Wife and I had considered a full kitchen remodel at the time of having the ceilings repaired but every contractor we spoke to wanted to do the kitchen and not the ceilings... except for Jorge... his first point of buisness was to make sure that our ceilings were beautiful, and repaired... he even made suggestions that made sense saved money and ended up being beautiful. We had 6 rooms replaced with flat Sheetrock celiengs, and installed recessed lighting, and other accent lights... while we were living in our home... Nashaly and Omar were respectful and courtesous to our need to get in and out of our house with an infant child, they cleaned every night when they finished, asked about and listened to any issues we had and handled them promptly... this was the best experience that we have ever had contracting someone for home repairs..."
