"My A/C didn't work very well for a couple of years and I really had to nurse it through the hottest days. I got 2 different companies to look at it and both said it needed to be replaced. I have had great experiences with Angel Air in the past and their quote was the lowest of 3 or 4, so I went with them. Last year on the longest and hottest day of the year (bad timing on my part) they installed a whole new unit and it has been running great. Their service was excellent, they followed up when they said they would and I couldn't be happier. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had a service for our air conditioner. We had a concern that some loud noise (like a sound of a relay switching on and off). The service technician did not made an effort to solve the problem. We complained to the Control Manager John Tinger who was very attentive and collaborative and he send to our house 4 days later a field supervisor Kurt Howard. Kurt was very professional, friendly. He checked for all possible cause for the noise and did not found electrical problems. We accepted this result, which eliminated our worries. "Was very surprised when he was able to make out the same day. It was Very hot summer day I know he was tired and at about 8pm he still came to repair the compressor on my fridge not leaving till around 10:00pm. The price was reasonable and fair without the gouging. The Work was solid and I have had no issues since. Speaking with him during the visit I learned that he was a service tech for Sears for years before starting his own business and more than likely one of the techs Sears would have sent in my area. I appreciate Mr. Brown's service and would definitely recommend his services. Thank you for your service and taking the time to help us out so we wouldn’t lose the food in our fridge. "A-maze-ing. These guys were GREAT - I won't be calling anyone else in the future. First, they spoke to the woman in the house exactly as they did to the man - no dumbing it down for the ladies. Physically showed me what was going on and explained it well so I understood what was needed and why. They let me know which repairs needed to be done immediately and which could wait - no hard upsell at any point. They set reasonable expectations for what improvement I could expect with each step. Polite, friendly and helpful, showed up well within the estimated window. Before each visit I got a text with the name and picture of the tech who was on their way and a phone call from them to confirm. In 5 visits I worked with only 2 point people, meaning they weren't having to start from zero every time someone walked in. They charge by the job, not the hour, meaning the work was done quickly, but with quality. I had someone I know take a look at the work and they said everything looked very well-done. After each step they followed up with me by phone to find out if I wanted/needed anything else. In short, I had a shockingly great experience with them and can't recommend them highly enough."

"I contacted Adam's office staff via email to schedule repairs to be made at our rental home based on his excellent Angie's List reviews.  They were prompt and courteous, as was his service to the tenant.  Our tenant is a young professional and has always given us feedback on any folks that we've had do work in the home.  She found Adam to be prompt, professional, trustworthy, and complete.  I found his responsiveness, price, and ability to solve the problem to be on target.  I also appreciated the fact that he was able and willing to let me know what services were performed by phone.  His office staff were friendly and prompt with getting me the invoice.  We have since called them back for additional work.  Unfortunately, it was work that they don't do.  However, they referred us to a company with whom they have worked it the past -- who completed the job promptly and at a fair price.  I would MOST DEFINITELY call Adam again!
