"My neighbor and I share a furnace room. A couple of days ago, Kevin from Genove was doing her annual service and noticed that the boiler for my baseboard heating had a slow leak. He shut it off so that it wouldn't flood our basement and notified me of the problem, explaining it in detail so I could tell my oil company what was wrong when I called them for emergency service. Thanks to Kevin noticing a problem in equipment he wasn't servicing, we avoided major damage."

"We installed a Fujitsu mini-split A/C and heat pump because installing duct work was not an option. The entire process from getting a quote to completing the installation couldn't have been any better. Joe went over the full scope of the project including the ramifications if any additional work was needed. I don't think one could find a better HVAC company than Airco!"

"H L Bowman is by far one of the best service companies that I have dealt with. I got a call that the technician was on the way to my house. George showed up and got right to work. Found my problem and explained to me the best way to fix my issue. They did not try to sell me on any pricier fixes. George showed me what he could offer and explained what would be my best option. He was knowledgeable, informative, and explained everything so that I would understand what was going on. I am definitely going to be using them for all my heating and air conditioning needs. Top notch company. Would recommend to anyone needing this kind of help."

"I would like to share our very positive experience with Total Comfort Mechanical located in Burlington. We hired them to replace our AC unit with an AC/heat-pump system. Sales rep was competent and managed to quote the project correctly and fairly. The installer team was well prepared and very cordial, they complete the project in one day. The also install a modern Ecobee thermostat which can control furnace, AC, heat pump and humidifier. Everything works flawlessly."

"Great work. Honest service saved me a bundle and were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend."

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

"Great job! Scheduling was a breeze. The repair person came on time, completed the work quickly and left the area clean."

"We've used Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning for over 10 years for regular air conditioning maintenance/service and repairs. They also do service/repairs for our heating system. Recently, they provided valuable advice that allowed us to fix a thermostat malfunction on our own, saving us cost of a visit. We've always been satisfied with this company - visits were easy to schedule, staff were knowledgeable, work performed was well done."

"I did everything I can to clear the blockage in my kitchen sink drain but it is totally blocked. I called Milltown Plumbing in the morning and they expected to send someone over later the day or the next day depends on how quick they can finish other works. They keep me updated when they can send someone over on the same day. Pedro came and fixed the blockage in no time with no mess. He is professional, kind and considerate. I'd rate their service 6 stars if it exists."

"Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"
