"Went well. Quick response. Called in morning and got appointment that afternoon.Jason was professional, polite, easygoing, and answered questions clearly. He was focused and worked efficiently. Pricing was competitive. Bellevue 1st offers senior discount, which is appreciated because it shows that this company recognizes and values senior customers. Will call again if needed, and recommend to anyone."

"1600+ dollars so far to clear a simple clog and it’s still not fixed. 9 hours late to the water jet appointment. Flooded my bathroom, twice! The helper didn’t know how to install a toilet (first the pressure line then the wax seal). I had to chase them backing up the driveway as they left it flooding! Double charged the camera fee ($495) because they didn’t have the water jet with them. Toilet still won’t flush, tub won’t drain. Called to try and get them to stand behind their work and they wanted to schedule another $1100 trip to try and do the work they never did the first time. Don’t get ripped off like I did, take your business somewhere else."

"WHATEVER YOU DO -- do not use this service. A worker came to fix our A/C unit and de-freeze. They did not ensure the pan was in plance so water damaged 2 floors, including flooding through the kitchen ceiling. The owner called and told me they would not service the house any longer and offered no compensation. They did not even offer a free service period. The damage is in the thousands $$. The owners name is Cliff Haskins"

FAQs for gas piping projects in Ashland City, TN

Plumbers with proper licensing and credentials install and relocate gas lines. When hiring a professional, verify they have experience with gas systems and all required certifications. Some homeowners choose to work with plumbers specializing in natural gas installations, as they have extensive experience with similar projects and understand the safety requirements.

The timeline for gas line relocation varies based on project complexity, permit processing, and inspection scheduling. The physical labor takes a few hours to one day, depending on the line length. However, the actual installation work represents only part of the overall project timeline. Your contractor should provide a specific timeframe based on your circumstances and local permitting requirements.

Your gas supply must be shut off during the relocation process. This safety measure prevents gas leaks while connections are being modified. Plan for this temporary service interruption by making alternative arrangements for cooking, heating, or other gas-dependent systems in your home. The shut-off generally only lasts for a portion of the work, often a few hours.

Relocating gas lines to connect new appliances is a common reason for this type of project. Whether you're installing a gas stove, fireplace, dryer, or outdoor grill, a professional can determine the best route for extending your existing gas system. The cost will depend on the distance between your current gas line and the new appliance location.

Gas line work is not suitable for DIY projects. Natural gas is highly flammable and potentially lethal if not handled correctly. Gas leaks can be difficult to detect without specialized equipment. Professional plumbers have the proper training, tools, and experience to safely relocate gas lines while ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
