"I have a crawl space, no one's favorite place to go, particularly in the dead of winter. The plumber arrived and didn't blink when I told him where the pump was located. He crawled in, replaced it and came back out to tell me he had to fashion a new drain pipe. He did that and back into the crawl space he went. The whole job, start to finish, was about 20 minutes.
