We did have to pay an additional fee of $250 to expedite the replacement due to the water heater not being currently available in their personal inventory. Since, I did not have a good feeling that the problem was solved, I contacted AHS. The initial evaluation was free. The estimator was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns. Because the mold was visible he recommended we test the air, I agreed. Received results from AHS timely. The mold remediation team of three was timely, thoughtful and went beyond the call of duty. I feel that the mold has been cleaned up. Will do maintenance, ex: get a dehumidifier for the spring/summer. Note that I got a discount because of a recommendation from a neighborhood list serv. The remediation work cost $1,800. I would with out question use AHS again. They have certified inspectors that know what they are doing. Finally, based on AMC's advice I am replacing all paper and box containers with plastic to be sure. A successful project."

"I needed the splash guard replaced on my 2007 Honda Civic in a hurry because it was dragging on the ground. My boyfriend and I have been regular ABS Unlimited Auto Repair customers for about two years, so he called them on Columbus Day to see if they could squeeze me in. They said to come right in. When we went in, Tom took a look at it, called the Honda dealership and ordered the part. ABS had it installed by the afternoon. The service was great.
The extraordinary part came when I went to pick up the car. My bumper had become detached on the drivers side a few years ago when I was parked at the Metro. ABS professionally reattached the bumper at no charge...without even telling me! I continue to be delighted by their excellent service. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful.
