"Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly. Problem was diagnosed and FIXED within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable to the point I was shocked in a good way (expecting a higher price). "They installed our AC system; that went fine. But several years later, when it needed repair. They came out and looked at the problem, and then ghosted me. They didn't return my multiple calls. When I finally got somebody else to come out to look at the problem, they told me that the warranty had just expired on the part that needed replacing. Putting 2 +2 together, Buric ghosted me to run out the clock on my warranty for the repair of the product they installed. Would you ever hire anybody who behaves like that???"

Every other company was quoting me $7k+ to replace the system but it turns out to be a leak in the line set between the 3rd floor and the roof! We had a new line set installed and I spent $2550 in total! The crew was very professional and worked extremely had in the hottest weather to get the job done, too!"
