"Discount Garage Doors was incredible from the moment I spoke with customer service to when the technician showed up at my house right away! I called a few other garage door companies before reaching out to Discount Garage Doors, but they told me I had to wait at least a week. I would highly recommend this friendly hardworking company for all and any garage door repairs."

"On the advice of a friend, we called Ace for a quote for a new garage door. The owner was very prompt. He didn't try to upsell us with a more expensive door. He did recommend a particular color, which we were very pleased with once it was installed. His installer showed up on July 4th. He got the job done in a couple of hours. Overall, a very positive experience.

"Everything was great, we placed the order on Thursday afternoon and they were onsite by 10 AM Friday morning.  We are very happy with the service!  They also helped us with our 2nd garage door that has not worked since we moved into the house a month ago, turns out it was painted shut, they also made a couple of adjustments to the extra door with no additional charges.

"It was great. In fact, I'm re-hiring them to do some more work like hanging doors. I was very pleased."

"We had a lot of damage from Hurricane Ian and Witty Innova did all the repairs except for the roof! Wonderful, talented group and outstanding communicators! I'm praying we never need that much work done again but would most definitely hire them!"

"They came out on time and replaced the steel line wire that was broken. I needed new  torsion springs and rollers. My side keypad was not working and they replaced it with a new one.
Everything was done in a timely manner and they were both very friendly.
Will use them again for any garage door problems.
Excellent service.

"Brian and his crew remodeled two bathrooms. Overall, I was very please with the end result. I would hire Home Improv again."

"We ordered about 28 Gorell windows from them for a remodel.  The second floor was completely rebuilt so we had both new construction and replacement windows.  The salesman was very nice, but maybe not so experienced.  He had our blueprint plans to work with, but missed the fact that we needed tempered glass or impact window over the tub to meet code.  He definitely should have known this.  Also, in some places we put 2 windows side by side which requires a mullion (the piece that goes between them to anchor them together).  We got the runaround when we tried to get the mullions from them.  Couldn't get a straight answer out of them, they kind of tried to act like it was something the installer should get and they didn't have them, then they changed their tune and got them for us.

All in all, we're happy with the windows, just not the company.  Unreturned calls, mistakes, etc.   I'd say if you buy windows from them, let your contractor deal with them and make sure the order is right and complete.
