He even offered to come out in middle of the night, but we were able to wait until the following morning after another appointment. He kept me informed of his arrival via text which was perfect. He went above and beyond and was able to quickly identify our issue. He drained our pipes, used a camera to inspect the pipes, and identified that the septic needed to be pumped badly. In addition he dug up and removed the septic covers to confirm that would elevate our issue. He also suggested several septic pump companies that would do a weekend pump. "Communication and service were excellent. Issues: 1.) They communicated multiple times to me that they are a local business. They aren't, they are a national franchise with the serviceman located an hour away. 2.) I had a simple repair, but they couldn't provide an estimate over the phone. Once the serviceman arrived, he pulled out a standard pricing book (there is no adjustment for each job), so they could've provided pricing when I called. 3.) You pay $79 for the technician to come to your house. Even if you have them perform the work, they still charge the technician service fee... most companies kill this fee if you take the job. 4.) The pricing was excessive for a 1.5-2 hour job. Total $500 to replace a shower faucet (this is in addition to the cost of the new faucet, which I thankfully purchased in advance). Was desperate this time, but will choose a local privately owned plumber next time."

He found the shower and sink drains clogged, so I called Mr. Pipey at 3:00, set up an appointment, they showed up same day from a job location down the road, assessed the issue, and rocked out my drain issues in the bathroom. They got there at 5, out by 6 - all clear. Professional, easy to work with, tenant is happy, cost was very reasonable and fair. I will use them again now at my rental house locations."

My grandmother's house is very old and had to have the shower piping replaced and put on new faucets, he did great work as did his helper jason who was very nice. The kitchen sink had a clog and after a while they were able to get it out without needing to do any more added work.
