He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. I got a total of 4 quotes at the start of this project (BCIT came in as #2 of 4) and Ryan actively worked with me to accommodate some offerings from other contractors on their warranties and equipment provisions which set BCIT as the best value with my needs; so I went with them. BCIT completed the work in a single day and the equipment has been working great! I ended up going with a Payne 16 SEER Condenser and 96 AFUE Furnace, ADP Copper Evaporator Coil, and Aprilaire 600M Humidifier and 2210 Air Cleaner. BCIT kept the design of the install tight given my future basement expansion plan, and they installed everything with solid workmanship from what I can tell as the owner.
