"Kevin was on time, competitively priced, explained the process and was very professional. Super thorough in cleaning the dryer vent and spent a great deal of time cleaning up afterwards. Have obviously had my vents cleaned for many years, Kevin was head and shoulders above any service we have used in the past. Would highly recommend this company. Update 03/18/20 This is the third time we have had Kevin out for service/repair on various appliances, and I can not say enough good things about him! He has been punctual, super helpful explaining what needs to be done, and as others have commented on, the areas that he has worked in are all always cleaner than they were before he got there. He is super courteous, professional, and is one individual that I would recommend HIGHLY to anyone looking for home appliance repair or dryer vent cleaning."

"My furnace went out and cuddly I found myself getting bids for a replacement. I don’t make large purchases without a ton of analysis to ensure the right solution for the best price. I didn’t just have a broken furnace I have air flow issues too as the rooms furthest away never get enough air. I didn’t want to just replace I wanted to solve a 23-year-old problem. Rob was out the same day walking me through options and not over selling just giving me the facts and not pushy. His approach to resolving the air flow made sense and was very conservative as he proposed small low cost/no cost changes we could implement over time after a period of observation with the new system instead of hitting me up front with new dampers etc. up and making significant changes to the air flow. Rob clearly knew what he was talking about and has likely installed himself over the years as many systems as he has sold. There were three other comparable bids and none of them were even close to the value I was to receive from Quality West. These guys don’t look at each install as just another job they take pride in their work, are extremely professional and even have some fun along the way. They were creative in their piping as I upgraded to a two-stage variable speed system that required PVC piping so the ascetics of the piping in and outside of the home mattered to me and they were conscious of that. I would much rather work with a company like these guys that are dependent on referrals instead of doing a bunch of advertising because for them customer satisfaction really matters. This is the reason for this long review as they deserve the recognition and I would highly recommend Rob and his team Bob and Dave."

"Very professional. They did an annual service check on my furnace. While doing so, they found that my filter was wrong and could have caused major damage to the furnace. They were able to find me the correct filter in a timely manner. I'll be calling them whenever something is wrong or I need another furnace cleaning/check."

"Very well installed Furnace at a very good price. Ruben has a large area over which he works, so I would recommend giving him a good amount of time upfront to get the required county permit, especially if he has to register with the county. His prices were at least 30% lower than the competition. I will get him to do my AC when it is needed."

"We hired Plumbing Tree to fix an improperly installed flange by the builders of the home. The quote from them was a little high, but calling around it was similar to other plumbers. The plumber agreed that the flange was not installed correctly (rotated 90 degrees) and the bolts were stripped. The first appointment was missed, I got a text message an hour before he was supposed to show up saying that he could no longer make it due to the current job going long. The next day, I got a text right before our installation time window that he would be late. The plumbers were professional and seemed to be doing a good job. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves well. The sink wasn't caulked as we want to touch up the paint first and he was very kind to actually leave us a tube of caulk and a rag for the job. After the job is done, there are two things that are bothering me. The first was that the flange (double flange to increase the height) was installed in the same 90 degree rotation as the initial one, so honestly I am a bit confused on this (the slots where you are supposed to put the bolts in every single manual on toilets are at the front and back instead of the side and the top and bottom slots were used on the sides instead). The toilet itself is slanted, not perpendicular from the wall (not by a huge amount, but it is noticeable). Since it is caulked down on our new floors, it is going to be permanently off square. Over all, I think they had a good attitude and the job that was quoted for 1 1/2 hours took 2 hours, so not bad there. We are saying we would not hire again due to the rotation of the flange, the inconvenience of rescheduling twice and that the toilet was installed a bit crooked."

"We had the folks from Tuscan Electric complete a difficult project for us yesterday. They provided a competitive estimate, scheduling was easy, and they showed up on time, and added additional man-power as required to complete the project. We replaced a main entrance foyer light, a dining room light, a ceiling fan in our great room, and the replacement of 18 recessed lights in our walkout basement w/new LED lighting. The issue was that the entry and great room replacements were needed to be completed on current devices installed at a height of 25+ foot. They had to rent a 20 foot ladder, have 3 guys to help navigate the install, the span and weight of the ladder, and a multi lift and to complete the build in the clouds. They were a terrific team, who worked well and in unison. Much thanks to Domenic, Jake, and Jim. We highly recommend..."

"I cant say enough about Brian @ BRIAN HVAC . From the first time we spoke, to installation of our new central air system, they were a breeze to work with. Brian came out and did an entire system check of our heating and cooling. We thought initially we needed a new water heater, but he fixed the pilot, and we've had an abundant supply of hot water ever since. After the full test of our ac system, we agreed to get it replaced during the cold season (saved us some serious money). Like clockwork, Brian called and scheduled a day. He completed the jkb same day, left his workspace clean, and installed a new smart thermostat to go along with our new system. He also set us up with a great service agreement that took care of our next 4 visits, for safety and efficiency testing. I highly recommend working with a proffesional like Brian ! "

"This company is at a professional level that is extremely rare to see today. I was doing a major remodel and thought I would have to change my ductwork. They came by and examined the situation and rather than try and sell me some services that I didn’t really need, I was totally shocked when they informed me I didn’t have to make the change I thought I would. This type of professionalism is just not seen anymore today. While I may not have needed their services this time, I will definitely give them my business in the future."

"While there were some challenges with individuals on this project and it went over on its schedule, we are ultimately very happy with the quality and price of this installation. While Elizabeth wasn't on the actual installation team, she was a key team member in helping us discuss the financing of this project. She was fantastic and a true asset to this organization. The project manager was a wonderful salesperson, but left a little lacking in overall communication of project progress. I also wanted to note that Tipping Hat did cover the repair when the electrician had to unexpectedly put a hole in our drywall. It took some prodding on our part, but they did follow through. Finally, they did a wonderful job of the removal of our swamp cooler which was included in the price of the AC installation."
