"A little expensive but hooked up system to kitchen sink and refrigerator. Put in an additional faucet in sink for drinking water. Put in the wrong finish of faucet and never came back to switch it out."

"Prompt service. Professional and courteous. Contacted several companies and they were the best. Matt explained the new system and sold us exactly what we needed."

"They came right out, told me what they could do,I signed the contract and two days later they did the install. I'm very happy with the quality of the product - my water actually tastes good now - and the people doing the install were very professional."

"Chris and Matt installed a water filtration, conditioner, and uv light system for us. They were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. They inadvertently broke a part of the uv filter at the first visit, which they ordered and replaced as soon as possible at their expense. Whenever we had questions about the system, Chris took the time to answer them. We highly recommend them!"

"After being told by an Avon Lake plumbing company that the only way to repair the tub diverter was to totally replace the entire tub and tile...I reached out to Wyatt who completed the repair/replacement without removing tile or replacing the tub. Kudos to Wyatt for being straight-shooters! Billy, our plumber was timely and gave a thorough explanation of the issue and how to resolve it. Everyone can now take a normal shower without all the hot water pouring out of the tub faucet."

"North Lake repaired and replaced multiple water pipe issues for us, and installed a new water heater. Our kitchen drain line and sump pump lines were old and needed replaced. The North Lake crew was friendly, efficient, and well priced. They even explained all they did, how to maintain it, and helped me with a few other questions I had while they were there. 10/10 will call them again."

"Jason with Splash Mountain Plumbing arrived on time, was very professional and we were extremely pleased with his work. Highly recommend!"

"once scheduled they were on time and assisted with how to get the city involved when needing to have water shut off"

"Very satisfied. Professional. Extremely reasonable pricing. Everyone that is thinking of getting a water treatment system owes it to themselves to [at least] get an estimate from them ... they are far cheaper than the competition and experience shows in their product and performed work. From the estimate to job completion I was satisfied. Thank you."
