"I am leaving a review before the work is even started. I received a quote from another company and scheduled the work. When they showed up, they tried to triple the cost. I told them to get out of my house. I then called Rooter Pro Plumbing to come out and give me a quote. Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with. They are scheduled to come out this week to start the project. I would highly recommend a company with such integrity in the employees and the owner. I look forward to working with them."

"Well, the markings for all utilities were taken, but these guys still decided to bring a bobcat, without hesitation as to what could be in the ground, tore up my sprinklers. Common sense, a shovel should have been used for the first few minutes to determine if any wires, pipes (which isn't ideal location) was next to the tank. I was in a meeting, if only the meeting wasn't taken place, i would have stopped them from using a bobcat to rip into the ground without first carefully checking what's near. There are two pvc pipes sticking out of the ground with no purpose, maybe other than to warn something is near the tank. First these guys thought it was my main water line, with all the water pouring out! Thank goodness it wasn't. Then one of the guys explained my septic tank was between my ranch fence and wanted to get his sledgehammer to break the fence. Mind you, I took the fence down or gate in 25 minutes. End, cost me $2500 for the risers, and will cost Me another $1000 for the sprinklers! To management, ry and get your guys to care a bit more about your potential customers property! I'm not sure why all the positive ratings on Google, but I can't help wondering if there's something ? about my house hold that is different!"

"BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"

"Unfortunately a "simple pump" of septic turned into a $2,700 project. Stated that leach bed needed pumped and a chemical added. Wish I hadn't been at work and wish I had done my research prior because I am not the only one that has been gouged after they arrived. Below is just one of the same complaints I found on Home Advisers. DO YOUR RESEARCH and save your wallet! Also charged $975 for remedial chemical treatment (which the State and County Environmental Health I contacted has said was not necessary and not recommended). I've contacted 6 additional Septic businesses (unfortunately AFTER the fact) that said charge to pump tank/field lines and adding a Baffle should have been approx $500 to $700 - not the $1,650 I was charged (and that was with a Senior Discount....some discount).
