"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

Scheduled an appointment with Albert Hoffman, Senior Product Specialist, to come out and give me an estimate to replace 15 windows and a sliding glass door.  He's great...was punctual and very professional!!  The estimate he gave was by far the best I had received plus it included adjusting my storm door and wrapping my garage door.  I decided to move forward with Supreme and do the project in stages.  I started with the first floor and replaced the eight windows with energy-efficient triple pane Simonton 5500 windows.  Albert said I would receive a call within a week for someone to come and take measurements and that he would also follow-up with me after the install was completed.  Within that time frame I received a call from John and scheduled him to come and take the measurements.  He indicated it would take approximately 3-5 weeks for the windows.  In a little over three weeks I received a call that the windows were ready to be installed.  Due to the frigid cold weather, I scheduled the install for Friday, January 9th.  The crew: John, Bobby, Carlos, and Justin arrived around 8:15 am.  They set up and started removing the windows one at a time.  Carlos and Justin worked outside and John and Bobby worked inside.  They were very professional and cleaned up as they went along replacing each window.  They also wrapped my garage door and Justin adjusted my storm door.  The whole process went extremely well.  I couldn't have asked for a better crew...they were awesome!!  Albert did follow-up with me a few days later to see how everything went.  I am a very happy customer and can already feel the difference with my new windows!!  Highly recommend Albert and Supreme Window & Door!!     

P.S. The remaining seven windows on the second floor and the sliding glass door will be replaced at a later date.

"Gutter pros sent 2 people to my house to go over all the details and give me an estimate.  They were very knowledgable and answered all my questions - even those I didn't even know I had.  They showed up on time and had a sample of the product for me to look at.  I did not decide on the spot as it was a big investment, and was thankful they did not pressure me.  I called them after about 5 days and we agreed on a final price and signed the contract.  It was installed early Feb 2015 - about 1 week after I signed the contract.  It took 1 person about 2 hours to do the work.  So far it looks nice and strong.  The real test will be in the fall when all the leaves fall to see how it holds up.  I am looking forward to never having to see leaves flowing out of my gutters and not having to worry about cleaning them out.  I will update in October to write how they hold up.

"We experience a major leak in our ceiling dining room.  K&R came out an inspected the attic and found a roof air vent that was installed across my entire roof peak had been leaking for years, he explained the necessary steps to fix the issue (replace entire roof and installed solar powered fan to vent the attic). The wood on the roof in the attic was rotting and growing some sort of "organic material". He covered my roof with a tarp. The quote was reasonable given the amt of work that needed to be done. The material arrive in about a week and the next day after the material arrived they started the work. Even though it was cold, they finished the work in one day. They cleaned up all trash from the old roof. I am very happy that my roof is fixed and looks great. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional doing their roof repairs or replacement who uses top quality material and workers.

"They do a good job but are extremely expensive.  The last cleaners I had charged me $115, Elite charged me $165.  I expected with such a drastic cost increase that the cleaning be OUTSTANDING.  They did a good job, but not worth the cost increase.   Out of the 7 times they cleaned for me they arrived on time 6 out of the 7 times.  The one time they did not show, of course happened to be the day I had guests arriving in the afternoon, and the customer service handling the situation left something to be desired.  I was promised the replacement team would show up in 3 hours, then they were 45 minutes late on top of that, so arrived almost 4 hours after their originally scheduled time.  I'm used to being comped a cleaning or at least offered half off when a mistake like this happens, I was only offered 10% off my cleaning after I specifically asked how i would be compensated for this huge inconvenience, only after expressing intense frustration did the 10% increase to 15%.  I would expect to be compensated so much more following such a large mistake and me having to rearrange my work and my kids schedules to accommodate their tardiness.  They aren't worth the money, I can easily find another service for significantly less money who will do a comparable cleaning.

"They did a great job.  They ordering process was very easy and the installation went well. Their pricing was right in line with other companies. They were very efficient.  Communication was very good and I especially liked working with the team leader.  He had given us choices and suggested purchasing part of the windows at the time.  He explained all the pros and cons and looked at and provided subcontractor names and numbers. We are definitely considering using them to replace the remainder of the windows."
