"We recently bought a new house, and needed a few smaller repairs done, along with a huge privacy fence installed for our dogs. Aaronson Repairs was very prompt with their response to our inquiry. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well so I always knew what to expect. The small repairs were completed almost immediately, and the fence was completed as soon as the material came in. The guys who came worked really hard, and the fence was complete ahead of schedule. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work. We got wood fencing along the sides of our yard, and aluminum fencing along the back. It looks better than I could have imagined. They were even thoughtful enough to ask whether our dogs were diggers, and helped to reinforce the bottoms of the fence. We will be calling for our next renovation project, and would highly recommend them to others."

"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."

"The entire process went smoothly. John was very professional during the quotation process. I was unsure of exactly what I wanted and John guided me through the process. I did end up using the Trex Transcend Tropical Spiced Rum deck which is the top of the line of Trex material. I went with the all black Trabscend railing system. My deck is quite large and includes an octagonal eating area, a walkway and a large rectangular deck. I copied my old deck footprint which we love. I also added a full Trex skirting to the deck as well. Bottom line, it's a big deck! Demolishing the old deck went well. They worked almost a week in building the footings and substructure of the deck. It is twice as large as our old deck. Memorial Day weekend came and went and they finished the deck and railing. They cleaned up every day and left nothing for us to pickup. Nothing. There was no smokers and not one butt was to be found. As we near retirement, I wanted a maintenance free deck that looks good. We are greatly pleased with the Trex product and John and his crew craftmanship. I am very pleased with The Construction Factory's craftmanship, work effort and courteous professionalism. O'Dell contracting called me to follow up and tell me when job would be completed.This is a reliable contractor who kept in contact to let me know the date it would be installed.
