Brandon Watts and Chris made things possible even when unit was not in stock (Not until 3 days later), they travelled to Greenville just to install it as promised because I was traveling the next day. He did not charge extra. His labor charge is very affordable. I am going to sign up a maintenance contract with Gonzo for 2 yearly visits for $189. "Had a problem over thanksgiving with a fairly new Delta faucet. Had already replaced the valve with no success to stop the leak. The service guy came early, called before to ask if it was ok. Problem ended up being extremely minor as he replaced a small washer on the devertor to fix the issue. Gave me an extra washer for future problems. "Scheduling the work for a new dryer vent was not only easy and prompt, but the young lady who scheduled was more than helpful. The company offered a coupon on Angie's List which I had not purchased. After I mentioned finding the great reviews on Angie's List, she told me I would save by purchasing the coupon, which we did. Wayne and Robert arrived on time and proceeded to install the new vent after explaining what they would do. They reconnected our dryer to the new vents, replaced it and tried it out. Finally, they replaced a door that had been taken down by the new washer and dryer installers when they were done.
