Technicians from other HVAC companies looked at the units before - for the same issue - but NONE, absolutely NONE, was as thorough as Dennis. He showed me the amount of dirt inside the pump on the street level and said the unit needed "deep cleaning" and the capacitor needed to be replaced in the unit under the deck. Dennis explained everything thoroughly and in simple terms. He took his work seriously and although he had been working for a few hours already, he did not rush through the job. Technicians from other HVAC companies did less than half the work Dennis did and told me I needed two new heat pumps! None mentioned cleaning. It took Dennis longer to complete his work because I kept peppering him with questions which he very calmly and professionally answered. Sila has a top notch employee in Dennis. "It went okay. The serviceman explained the charges and the possibility his snaking the pipe (old, galvanized) would produce a hole. Of course, the pipe produced a hole. This was a separate charge from the cleaning to have the serviceman cut a hole in my wall and replace the pipe. He was clean and professional. Although it cost me more than I had initially anticipated, I am pleased with the service."

"He came be ause I had someone else replace my well pump and still had no water. He showed up on time and checked everything. He had to pull the pump again and it ended up being the wiring. He ran the wire the whole length of the pipe,at least 300 feet or more. Then pump the pump back in the ground. He installed a gauge on my water tank and made sure we had water before he left. All this in the humid weather that day. He was very nice and knowledgeable. And very professional. Would definately use him again."
