"Everyone from Presidential has been friendly and helpful -- great customer service! Glenn came to our home to discuss options to replace our furnace (fuel oil) and AC systems with a heat pump. He immediately understood that we were looking for a heat pump eligible for the new tax credits (unlike another company, who only provided estimates on what they had in stock). He prepared the estimates for 3 different models on site, and he noted that the heat pump eligible for the tax credit would cost about the same as an older model (unlike what the first company told us). We were able to schedule installation quickly, and then the adventures began. Harvey and Andre were here for 12+ hours...because a wire was either never connected at the factory or came loose during shipping. We also had to replace a defective line from our house to the unit. While it was a complicated install (not the fault of Presidential), we rec'd great service from hardworking staff members. Highly recommend!"

"Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil.
Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.

"Edmond responded right away and listened to my explanation of the issue over the phone. It was Friday afternoon and we both agreed the issue was non-urgent so we scheduled an early Monday morning visit. He showed up at 8a sharp as we agreed and he did a thorough check of our AC system. Edmond is very knowledgeable and he explained everything thoroughly. He gave me a couple of suggestions. I’m pretty handy so I’ll try to tackle it myself. He said to just call him if I get stuck and he could either come back out or coach me over the phone. Pricing is reasonable and quality of service is top-notch. "On a scale of 1-10, I will give Sila’s water heater installation team (Marcus and Roberto) a solid 10 for installing a new 50-Gallon Bradford White electric water heater. On Tuesday afternoon, I talked to Will in Customer Service; he provided me with a fair quote ($1400) and scheduled my installation for Thursday morning. Marcus and Roberto were on-time and pleasant with their interactions with me. This is my first time buying a Bradford White unit; in the past, I used Rheem water heaters with great success. I will use Sila again (as long as the price is fair)."

"I walked in ABS's repair shop, at 6PM (closing time), with a part from my car and asked them if they had or knew where I could get a replacement part.  I described the problem with my car and they took time to listen to me and understand the problem.   They asked me to bring the car to their shop but it was not drive-able.  So they offered to tow my car to their shop, for free, and  diagnose the problem with my car.  They gave me a verbal estimate of what the repair would cost, based on my description of the problem and the part in my hand.  They said they would call me in the morning with an estimate and timeline to complete the repair.   
The next morning, around 9:30am, I received a call at work from ABS. They had my car in the shop and told me I needed a new radiator.  They told me the cost would be $425.00 and that they could get it done that day provided they could get the part.  I said do it.
They called me around 3:30pm and told me my car was fixed.  
I picked it up a 6pm...closing time( again) and they took time to review the repair with me.  
I will definitely bring my cars to ABS for maintenance and repairs in the future.

"The service provider came out and inspected my problem. I had an older three faucet system in both bathrooms. The provider said since the rest of the bath/shower area was in good condition, I just needed to replace the faucets. He said that it would be a good idea to replace both bathrooms with the same new faucet sets. He explained that they could provide the faucet sets or I could purchase them on my own. It was significantly cheaper to purchase them on my own. However, if I purchased my own faucets, the companies warranty would not cover any problems with the faucets, Their warranty would only cover the work. He explained that it would be a good idea to get ceramic faucets versus the stem kind. I had to purchase the faucets and then contact the provider to come back and install them. When I went to buy the faucets, I had a very limited selection for three handle faucets sets with a valve included. I ended up spending approximately $134.00 for two faucet sets that included shower head, tub spout, three handles and valve. Since I was replacing two faucet sets, the provider gave me half off of the second set replacement. My total bill for the work was $490.00 for both plus the $99.00 I paid for the deal. The receptionist was also very polite and professional."
