"Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly. Problem was diagnosed and FIXED within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable to the point I was shocked in a good way (expecting a higher price). "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "Great service. My former Jiffy repairman, Pete, is no longer doing gas log repair. He assured me the new guy would do just as good a job. He was right. Shaun was wonderful. He cleaned the logs thoroughly, explaining everything he was doing, and gave me good tips on maintenance. He also replaced the non-working remote!! I'd given up hope of that, since our log set is almost 20 years old. We had been lighting the logs manually, which was a pain. Not only that, Shaun noticed that the Piezo igniter was broken, and said he would order the part and come back to reinstall once it arrived. He's a super nice guy too, and keeps a clean workspace and always wears shoe covers, which I really appreciate. I couldn't be happier with Shaun. I'd also like to give a shout out to the scheduler, Stefan, who always let me know in a timely fashion when Shawn was coming, and is very responsive to schedule changes. Many thanks to both guys."
