Another company tried to sell us on thousands of dollars of "absolutely necessary and urgent mold remediation" but as soon as Mark looked at the allegedly problematic areas he said that was ridiculous. After inspecting it better, he told us that he'd be embarrassed to even give a quote for clean up because nothing was necessary that we couldn't easily handle ourselves with a few bucks worth of cleaning supplies.
