"Very well. A new window was ordered after the first step of making a service call to assess it and then measure a replacement. An appointment was set to install before the new window arrived. In spite of the original plastic mounding being cracked, the new window was installed and looks good."

"Perfect! From the very beginning of deciding which door I wanted until the installation was complete and my foyer cleaned by the installers. I was very impressed! I was informed in the beginning that there may be delays in receiving the door, I was contacted every couple of weeks with an update. John is a good man who stands by his company and the product they deliver."

"Very well. They scheduled with us, and installed on the same day we got our new furnace. They worked with the HVAC guys so that everyone could do what they needed and still get out of the driveway. Usually buying windows is as ugly as buying a used car. This was painless. They gave us a price and that was a promise. Took a while to get the windows, but supply chain issues, NOT Zen was the key. I'd deal with them again, but since their windows are lifetime guaranteed, I won't need to unless i move."

"Nick, the service rep. was very efficient and knew exactly what was wrong and had it repaired within 30 minutes. very professional and friendly."

"Got the angies list coupon for roof replacement. They were responsive and professional every step of the way! Highly recommend!!"

"They were real nice and punctual. They were able to redo our schedule for us, due to some unseen conflicts. They did not make any mess & were real friendly. It was getting late when they were finishing up our bedroom and we had no lights installed yet, but they were understanding while we searched the house for some lighting to use."

"This is a father and son team of extremely knowledgeable and skilled woodworkers.    They were so flexible that they actually rearranged other clients to help me get doors installed in time for a graduation party.   They bring all their own equipment and have more woodworking equipment at their shop.  They took one of the large posts back to their shop to split because it required a specialized saw.  It was a 2 day project.   Everything was installed and looks seamless and professional.   The son also knows a lot about granite, so that was helpful when making decisions about what legs and braces to put on the granite.   On top of great work at a great price, these two are just really nice people.    I would hire them for any remodel or new construction project large or small.

"I had contacted them to set up a time to have the solid bay window removed and replaced with 3 windows that opened. They did an excellent job with removing and replacing the windows. I contacted them to set up the time and was worried about the weather.  Having a big gapping hole in the front of my house with 30 degree weather worried me.  But we had a warm spell where the temp reached 50-60 degrees for 2 days.  I contacted them and they were able to quickly get my job on the books and completed before the weather turned back to 30 degrees.

The whole gang was great to work with from Kellie, Bobbi, Daryl and the workers.  From the initial demolition to the clean up, everything was done as I would have wanted it done.  Yes I will be using them again and again.  "

"I had a security system in place that had transferred ownership to 3 companies in total. I needed service on the system and received poor customer service and outrageous pricing for a small service needed. That inspired me to look elsewhere for a new security system provider. I came across Jeremy and Larry from 1st Security LLC and all I can say, being a person in the service industry, they came through big time. Not only were they punctual and knowledgeable, they were plain old nice !!!! From the quote with Jeremy to the install with Larry, it was a pleasurable experience and one that I would recommend over and over again."

"Shaun is excellent at what he does! He replaced two small doors on my garage that I had purchased ahead of time."
