"Made a call at 8am. Service technician arrived on time at noon and problem was solved AND fixed within a half hour. Technician was polite, kind, neat and clean but also got down to business quickly. Best part was... he had the part on his truck so there was no back and forth!"

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"They have done tuneup service just 37 days ago to my furnace.
Furnace stopped kicking off. Service guy came over afterhours (thanks for that) and did a fix to the loose connection for inducer motor.
Fix didn't last for a day... Quote to replace the part is half the price of new furnace of same 80% kind! Welcome to home ownership!!!

"The interaction with person on the phone, (I believe it was the owner) was excellent he made it apparent that he knew both the technical aspects of the job, but also how to operate a customer services focused company. The repair person showed up a few minutes earlier than promised, I found him to be professional and knowledgeable. He quickly sorted out the problem and took the steps to get the water heater working correctly as soon as possible. In the end I could not be more satisfied and would recommend Hedland plumbing to anyone.
