"Having had bad experiences in the past, I can be pretty wary of contractors, but I need not have worried with Riley! We were in a no-heat situation during cold weather and he was able to move things around and get to us within a few hours. During the diagnostic, he insisted I was present as he walked me through what he was testing and what the expected results would be. There was full transparency. Once the issue was diagnosed, Riley offered different options to solve the issue. There was no sales pressure, he wanted to find the right option for us. Given the age and condition of our system we opted for a new HVAC system and Riley presented us with different solutions, again with no pressure. The installation was scheduled quickly and I was amazed with the quality of the workmanship and service he offered. His pricing is very fair but in terms of value for money, his service, professionalism, and workmanship easily beats any of the ‘big names’."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Dave was responsive - in fact of the six plumbing/pipe repair services I contacted through Angies's list, he was one of two that responded and of those two, the only one able to do the repair within a reasonable time period. Due to the gas leak CenterPoint Energy had to shut of our gas, which meant no heat or hot water until the leak was repaired. The leak was found on 10/29 and Dave was able to come out the next morning (CenterPoint Energy said they could not do the repair until 11/1). Dave was punctual, polite, professional and helpful. He and his assistant completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time and left no mess behind. The pipe was repaired correctly. I did not get other bids, so I cannot be sure how assume his charges compare to others. However, based on the quote for service call and hourly rates CenterPoint Energy gave me, I think Dave's charges were reasonable."

"I've used Randy Lane a couple times in the past for minor leaks or clogs and was always happy with their work. I was a little disappointed by this latest experience and it was only for an estimate. I was more than a little annoyed that Brian showed up 45 minutes before his scheduled appointment time - especially since I still had another provider at the house providing an estimate. He spent less than 10 minutes looking at the plumbing, didn't take any measurements and spent more time writing up the estimate than he did looking at the existing plumbing. His estimate was more than a $1,000 over the other three estimates I received - perhaps if he'd spent more time asking me questions or reviewing the existing plumbing he would have been able to provide an estimate closer to the other three we got."

I loved that he could come out as soon as I needed and the earliest available appointment.  He was prompt, professional and got right to work assessing my sump pump and drainage around the house etc.  He also took the time to lay out my options for a battery backup and work to potentially re-route my drain pipe to the other side of the house and bury it to feed out to the forest vs right next to the house.  I felt way more informed that I had previously been.  He was able to complete the work quickly, efficiently, cleanly well under an hour.  Also, while he was there I asked if he could take a look at my furnace, I could not figure out how to replace the filter and he was able to show me right away.  I greatly appreciated this because I was really perplexed by this matter!!!   I found out My Service Pro does a variety of work and repair and I was happy to keep his information for future use.  I would definitely use My Service Pro again and recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

"Furnace out, 30 out, employees working with coats on and cold. Called back within minutes, onsite in under an hour, completed repair and instructed staff how to change the furnace filters. Reasonable price. He will return in 6 mo for follow-up. Excellent!"

"Our furnace broke when it was the coldest this year. Got Total comfort through Home Depot. They were onsite same day and provided the estimates with next day installation. We had our heat in less than 24 hours. Hooking up of A/C was performed when temperature went to 52-54 F. So far everything appears to be working good. Will come to know about A/C once we are in Spring. Total comfort promised that they can be reached in Spring if there are any questions or help needed with this installation."
