"We had an initial meeting in our home with Tim, Lee and their kitchen designer, Stacy.  They listened to everything we liked and disliked with regard to our kitchen and laundry room and developed a plan to re-design the rooms to better fit our life.  They were very attentive to every detail and honestly they have been the only contractor we have ever used that finished the project within the planned time.  Carlos and Jorge were wonderful to work with during the entire project.  It was a big project and I was very comfortable with their presence in our home."

"Alexander gave me my dream kitchen!!! I had heard horror stories about contractors before we started remodeling but working with Alexander was not only a great experience, but we could not be happier with the results! He was extremely responsive from day 1 til the last day and always picks up his phone no matter when you call him. From our first meeting, he worked with OUR budget and tried to find us ways to save money, even suggesting that we re-use our current granite! I insisted on getting new granite and of course he was happy to help us with that, sending us to a great slab yard where we picked out the perfect piece of granite. The cabinets he recommended are real wood and excellent quality (soft close drawers and everything!) and ended up costing less than what another contractor was charging us for IKEA cabinets! Not to mention that Alexander did all the design work for us and all we had to was tweak based on our preferences. He was very flexible throughout the process and let us pick out the hardware and accessories and changed the kitchen design so I could have my farmhouse apron sink! He also worked within our very tight deadline and was more worried about keeping on schedule (and about protecting our new hardwood!) than we were. :) He is a great contractor to work with and truly cares about his customers and the end results. We are extremely pleased!!!"

"Our new screen porch and deck, built by Northern Deckworks is absolutely beautiful and we are very happy with the results. I first started researching companies to build this for us in the summer of 2020, and once I found Northern Deckworks and saw their work it was hard to even entertain selecting another company. We did meet with a few but Tim’s price was competitive and the final product looked superior to anything else we saw. Tim came out to the house when he said he would, drew up the plans on site, and made promptly made changes when requested to accommodate our wishes. We did end up having to wait fifteen months for the project to begin due to material shortages and crew availability due to COVID, but this was not a problem for us since we wanted our new addition to be right and not rushed. Tim was in regular communication with us, responded promptly, and came to check on the progress in person numerous times. John was the lead carpenter and Jason and Darwin were also on the crew. They were talented, meticulous and did a beautiful job. I am so impressed with their craftsmanship and incredible attention to detail. The porch design is stunning. They cleaned up nicely at the end of each day as well. They were always clear in advance if they would miss a day or two, having to return to a previous job needing to be wrapped up that was awaiting a backordered item due to supply chain issues. We’ve had frustrations with contractors in the past for not showing up and this was never the case. We are looking forward to enjoying our time on our new porch and deck for many years to come. I would recommend Tim O’Neil and Northern Deckworks to anyone looking to build an outdoor addition onto their home."
