"We interviewed several contractors for this job and were so impressed with Charles' professionalism and expertise that we waited 5 months until he was available. Any contractor can hire additional teams and make lots of money, Charles personally does most of his work and personally oversees sub contractors. We have extensive experience with remodeling projects and never have we been more pleased with a process and an outcome as we are with this one. Charles spoke with us daily and kept us appraised of the process, changes, issues, costs and recommendations. No issue was too minor for him to address and no problem to great for him to solve. He is a perfectionist and rightly takes immense pride in his work. Charles and his assistant were never intrusive and he is so pleasant that we missed having him around when the project was complete ! We told him in the beginning that we were looking for fine finishes and nothing that looked cheap. A good example is the way he handled the doors in the dressing room area. They were mirrored, which we liked, but were standard metal trim that one might find at the discount home store. Charles designed and had made beautiful wood framed doors that made the area look so much better while retaining the mirrors we wanted. Charles personally laid a huge amount of marble on the walls and floors and he did it quickly and with great expertise. As a result, the beauty of this room is breathtaking. Much of the cost of the project was the exceptional marble that Charles assisted us in finding. We relied on his thoughtful, budget minded suggestions for faucets, racks and pulls and the look is exceptional. He taught us about heated floors and how efficient they can be in a bathroom. Charles was never too busy to talk to us, always answered the phone promptly, always took time to discuss issues, even when not related to the project at hand. Charles was able to work around the few necessary delays one always encounters and the project finished on time. We could not be happier and we cannot place more emphasis on our recommendation to use Charles for all your kitchen/bath requirements. You will be glad you did !

"I had a 2 foot square hole in my ceiling caused by a plumbing repair job.  I called Walt's Handyman and Walt gave me a ball-park estimate from a verbal description.    He and his wife (his assistant) came  to the house on time and began work.  They were very friendly and professional and worked very efficiently to complete the ceiling repair.  The repair work needed to dry before repainting so we made another appointment for them to return and paint.  They took paint samples with them to match the paint on the ceiling/walls

Again they showed up on time and were very careful of the carpets, etc.  They did a great job on the ceiling.  It looks perfect!
While they were painting the ceiling they made some "touch-ups" on the paint on the walls without being asked.  It was a nice touch.

 I liked what they did so I asked them back to mount some small speakers near the ceiling in the family room and route the cables behind the walls.  Walt looked at the project and figured out how to do it.    To save time and money I bought parts for the job myself at the hardware store.    Walt did a great job with speakers;  the end result looks great and I couldn't be happier.

"From the first meeting in the showroom to months after completion of the project when we'd call about minor issues, everything was outstanding. Steve and Vitaliy were tremendous throughout the process. Although we went into the project with the intent of solely replacing the flooring, we quickly realized that the prices were going to allow us to refinish the kitchen (at a fraction of the cost of a new kitchen) and add flooring in the bathroom and laundry room. Avenues made several trips to our house for measurements and discussion prior to beginning the project. They were there throughout the entire project overseeing the work and answering questions and concerns. Vitaliy has an incredible talent for finding what works best in the house. Once the project was completed, Avenues made several trips to our house to make sure that we were satisfied.
Once the project started, any unexpected issues were brought to our attention. Things that other contractors would have ignored or would have agreed to address for a significant upcharge were addressed professionally and without significant cost to us. Items that needed to be replaced (including flooring) were completed immediately.
We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. While the quality of the product and installation were both excellent, the service we received was outstanding. We've never had an issue that's not been satisfactorily addressed.
They will be the first call I make for our next project.

    I have a 3 year old house with a covered front porch. Ever since we moved in, the deck surface hasn't looked great.  Water collects on the outer edges and it ALWAYS seems to look dirty.  When the postal worker delivers my mail, he always leaves footprints on the deck.  So, I asked Brad to come and take a look at our problem.  He gave me several options and dropped off samples so I could see which stain color I liked best.   His crew ended up re-sanding my entire deck and front stairs and restaining.  The process took 2 days.  I don't know what they did differently, but it looks fantastic.  It's a great color that really compliments my house and front door and it's way more water and dirt repellant than what was there before.   Nice and clean and no more footprints!  Plus, Brad's price was fair and he was really easy to deal with."
