They provided options with no pressure to hire them for the repairs. "They seemed to have done a pretty good job. I went through a contractor, but on one inside wall where they had to take down to run this pipe they did not put the wall back up. I don?t know if that is an oversight, but I am making a whole list of stuff here that various and sundry other subcontractors have done. The first guy that came out was a little goofy. He seemed to know what he was doing, but he did forget to put in 2 mixture valves, so the 1 shower that I had working I couldn?t get hot water out of it because it was being neutralized by the other 2 showers in the house. I called them in and the guy stopped out and put these 2 valves, and they worked fine after that. As with any subcontractor, the contractor gets a little take. I guess he is probably average in price."

"They were on time. They diagnosed the problem and, although the furnace seemed to be constructed to make repairing it difficult, they fixed the problem. My only complaint was the bill was one line (parts and labor) with no breakdown of how much each was. It was not too expensive, so no problem. It just would have been nice to have it broken down."
