"Dylan @ Kamakoa Plumbing, is the man to call when you need a Plumber! When called he gave me a 1/2 hour window of when he would arrive, and he pulled up on the 1st min. of that window. He went straight to work on replacing our old gas water heater, and replaced it in record time. Dylan was very polite and knowledgeable of the task at hand. He had answers for all of the questions I had. was very impressed with the service that I received today. He took the time away from his Family on this busy Holiday weekend, just to help me out. Thank you for your respect, Dr. Energy Saver! Previous review: two stars. Unfortunately, this has been a very difficult experience for me to address standing water & drainage in my crawl space. I agreed to work with Dr. Energy Saver back in October, hoping to have the work done before the rains started. However, the work was just completed on December 31. The communication of the team was absolutely horrible - with each of the team members understanding that my project was at different points. I was told it was done multiple times - with the piping above-ground, and an alarm that was supposed to be installed still in the box. Brandon and his team finally got it figured out and did a great job communicating, but there was still confusion between the manager, Sean, and the office staff, who even threatened via phone to put a lean on my home, even though I had been calling and emailing them. Grateful to Brandon for his work, and his respectfully addressing my concerns. However, the rest of the team really needs to fix their communication and customer service. "

"Immediately responded to schedule appointment and friendly. Technician was helpful with an estimate and quickly replaced the faulty expansion tank. However, the amount of communication by phone and text from the dispatch was on the verge of nagging and the tech cancelled the appointment the morning of. Got rescheduled and it worked out though. "Spoke with owner Ross about replacing two water heaters. One was showing wet stains bottom. So I decided to replace both, since they were both about 12 yrs old. I decided to replace my Bradform Whites with a more high tech water heater. I picked Lowe's AO Signature 500, which is their top electric heater. Has leak detection shut off, higher heating element, vacation mode, wifi enabled etc. Labor estimate about $1400 to replace both, and I had the water heaters onsite for install. Can't say enough how Professional his plumbing crew is. Jack and Chris did an outstanding job. They kept me informed throughout the process, and kept my home clean at all times. The install projects came out great and price as agreed. Other plumbing estimates were higher, especially comparing it to those Big Box stores. Will certainly be doing with Ross again in the future. FYI, look for a company that is willing to be open to use other brand name water heaters and not just what they trying to sell you. "
