"They were able to quickly come out and worked to diagnose the problem. After the Air Conditioner checked out the service man moved to the furnace where he found several issues. The furnace could have been repaired, but due to its age (30 years old) and the cost of repairs it was better to replace. The gentleman walked me through the options and helped me determine what was best for my home. He didn't pressure me to purchase the most expensive option and I felt comfortable making the decision. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly. The day of the replacement, the crew was polite, professional, and did a great job installing. Valairco also did all of the paperwork to make sure the furnace was properly permitted. I will definitely use them again!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. Speer seemed most knowledgeable, offered a product we were comfortable with (Amana) and were also professional and prompt.
