"Konstantine Aselas came and carefully cut the CPVC to install copper piping from the back wall and fit the new pressure relief valve and the brass ball valve shutoff, anchoring the works to the side walls of the narrow closet. He tagged everything, so the installation is as neat and clear as can be. He covered all the floors before he started and made sure things were spotless when he left."

"Ed came out and diagnosed the issue as being due to inferior washers and quot;fixedand quot; with plumbers putty in a system with otherwise quality parts. He had to order the proper washers, and brought them on a second trip. When they didn't work, he determined the manifold itself had a tiny crack that allowed continued leaking. He ordered the part and installed it on a third trip. He left the system in working order, and I had the drip going into a bucket, so the extra time was no issue. Each time, Ed patiently answered all my questions, and I had full confidence in his work. When the system was running again with the new manifold, he checked the water heater, which was old but working fine. We discussed maintenance, and options for when the water heater does need replacement. He has extensive knowledge, and I was really impressed by his quality work for an honest price. <br />"

"I scheduled a service call through my home warranty company to fix a leaky faucet. Everything went well, and I was happy with Plumbline's service, as I have been every other time they've fixed something for me. However, today, two days after the faucet was fixed, I noticed that the shutoff valve under the sink was now dripping; don't know if something was accidentally loosened when the faucet repair was done, or if it was just missed during the first visit, but I called them and told them what was going on, and within a couple of hours they were here to fix it. This would be great service any time of year, but it so happens that today is the Friday before Christmas, and I called at about 1 pm. There's no way I would have gotten the repair done within a week of finding this new leak if they hadn't have gone to the trouble of making time in their schedule to help.
