"At 600 am on a friday morning, I got on the Angi app to look for a swamp cooler expert. At 630 am I recived a phone call from Joel from "Just be cool supply." After expalining the job i needed done, he was able to come over later that day. Sunday morning he showed up removed a useless window and installed a new swamp cooler. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
