She said Total Home Roofing did two of her three daycare buildings. She said Greg Luebbe was her salesman. Greg came over to the house and was very nice and helpful. He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. The roof was installed exactly one week after he sold us. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole experience!"

"We contacted Ziggy after finding him on Angie's List.  Ziggy came out and provided a quote for a second story deck we wanted built above an existing porch.  Ziggy provided an estimate the same day and later contacted us with building plans.  Ziggy modified the plans based on our feedback and submitted the final product for review so permits could be issued.  Work began shortly after permits were issued.  The job was completed in less than a week.  Ziggy and another worker completed the work.  They did an excellent job with great attention to detail.  Ziggy even patched a small section of siding that was missing in the area where the deck tied into the house. Ziggy was great to work with and arrived each morning working through the entire day.  We were very pleased with Ziggy and will definitely contact him for future home remodeling projects.

"Matt and company did an excellent job on my remodel.  They took the time to do it right in every area offering valueable suggestions along the way.
I had a room enclosed to create an office and crown molding and painting done in the rest of the house.   I could not be more pleased.The job was not a hard job and could have been done by lots of people but I wanted no hassles. 
They worked hard, cleaned up each day and were responsive to questions. 
I would definitely use them again.   They were not the cheapest quote that I received but I paid for great quality of work and don't regret it.

Florida Lifetime was terrific. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and punctual. Anything we wanted to know about windows they knew. They did a beautiful job. The windows are well installed and because of this the temperature in our home is constant now. The county building inspector came by and was actually impressed with the work done, that we gave him the company's number. I would absolutely use them again.

"Daniel, Construction Manager, met with me at the rental.  He evaluated the remodel area as well as dining room ceiling below where there had been leakage.  He gave a clear and concise explanation of remodel process. The written proposal was accepted with the understanding that time was of essence in completing the work within a 2 week window. The remodel was at a rental and the tenant would be out-of-town duringthat window.
 The demolition was completed with perfection on day 1 by Journeyman, Adrian and a helper - it was fast and clean.
Two days into the start of the job, Daniel advised that the supplier could not provide the single surround and it could not be available within the timeframe. He suggested a 3 piece surround.  Because time was of essence, I reluctantly agreed and requested the company?s guarantee as well as the manufacturer?s warranty that the tub and surround will not leak.
Adrian completed the remodel with expertise and care.  The existing wall mirror needed to be moved to allow space in height for the new vanity cabinet.  He also patched and spackled the dining room ceiling where there had been leakage and water flow.
A glitch occurred with the plumbing where the plumber had not tightened pipes thoroughly and water flowed through the ceiling from bath tub when testing.
On the evening of completion, the tenant notice very small cracks in the surround.  The manufacturer is scheduled to repair them.
Daniel was knowledgeable and responsive to all issues as they occurred.
Sophia, the office person, was extremely pleasant to deal with regarding scheduling and reminders."

"Ken Williams (Suncoast Building Contractors) was a Godsend. I found Suncoast Building Contractors online, and hired them to do a garage floor and ceiling. His work was so professional and punctual that I asked him to give me an estimate on a kitchen remodel that we had been planning. We had another estimate before we found Ken Williams/Suncoast Building Contractors. Ken gave us a better estimate, and we much better in explaining the details of the process, and not trying to gouge us on the price. In performing the kitchen remodel, significant water and termite damage was found in a beam supporting the 2nd floor - Ken handled it quickly and professionally, and worked extra hours to make sure that the house was safe and structurally sound. I am so pleased with Ken, that we decided to have him remodel our kitchen, livingroom, and demo/rebuilid a family room. He is a consumate professional and I highly recommend him."
