He was very thorough with his work and explained to me all the work he performed. He even checked and serviced my unit, showing me that my filter needed to be changed. "The fellow from Right Choice Heating & Air looked at all our vents, and tried to convince us that we needed to be very concerned about mold. Basically, he used a vacuum cleaner which he carried on his shoulder to clean about 8 vents. In addition to the $199 we paid Angie's list, he charged us $603.00 more which equals $802 for only vacuuming the vent itself, and the small area inside the vent which could be reached by his machine. He also put a mold preventative (just smelled like perfume) which blew through the vents for a couple of minutes after he was done. He did give us a "washable" filter, but it was smaller than what was needed, and it still makes a clunking noise every time the AC comes on. Nothing else was checked on our AC unit. Our main objection to this cleaning is that it was far too expensive for the work that was done."

"These guys saved us during the recent heatwave. I looked for days for someone to come help us service our airconditioner, which was working....except for the cold air part. These guys were so easy to get in touch with and they put us on the schedule for the next day. They took a look and the fix was really easy. They serviced the AC, made some recommendations for future upgrades (but made sure to let us know they weren't emergencies) and left us with a house full of cold air. It seems that we might have a small freon leak causing the system to over work, causing ice to form and water to puddle beneath the unit. He also needed to clear the clogged condensate drain line. He recharged the system with freon. He did not try to sell us anything unnecessary, just repaired our problem. Our Carrier ACs are 16 years old so I'm certain we will be needing the services of Canoga Park Heating and Air in the future either for rpairs or replacements."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Breezeway was very nice. They were prompt and did a good job. However, we negotiated them fixing one piece of ducting. They didn't fix it and said that, if we found that it continued to have problems, they'd come back and repair it. Well, it needed to be repaired when it was clear that it still wasn't working. Breezeway became unresponsive to numerous attempts to get in touch. So, while I thought they did a great job in the beginning, their lack of follow through left a bad taste in my mouth. For that reason, I'm not going to call on them again.
