They were good listeners and the system they recommended was exactly what I wanted (in contrast to several competitors). They evaluated my house thoroughly, looking at all aspects of exactly how the system would be installed, as well as sizing the system properly with all factors considered. The price they quoted me was not the lowest, but it was far from being the highest. If you are considering a project, I recommend at least getting a bid from these guys."

"Although their work was good, they never showed up during their assigned time window. They are always late coming. Their installation was great! One small problem occurred. They had to install a pump for the air conditioner. This was not the problem, the problem was that it leaked from the moment they installed it and left. We called them back the next day and they came and fixed the problem."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
