"I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."

"The line was in the rafters of a high ceiling of the cellar. It led to an outside gas line (for a gas grill hookup) that was capped off at the house. I wanted to replace the valve rather than cap it off. This was a two man job of a plumber, Rob and his assistant. Rob had to get into the window well and work above his head in a very cramped space. This was complicated by having a large porcelain washtub directly under neath it, blocking access. Rob was extremely careful when climbing to get to the valve. They put down a plastic sheet to protect my washer and the sink, and used their ladder to get over to the wall and window well. Rob cut out the valve and put in a new one that is easy to open and close. He had his assistant check the position of the outside outlet as he worked until he adjusted it so the outside outlet was not turned askew. Btw It was raining and his assistant noticed mud on his boots, and asked for a paper towel when we got in the house...he used it to wipe up his footprints from the mud from his shoes as he walked... Rob checked for leaks and found none. They took any of the debris with them, and left everywhere they were spotless. Also, their last job was running longer than anticipated, and they called to let me know even though at least 30 minutes before. It was only about 15 minutes. Well mannered and professional...Could not have been better!

"2 months ago we had the central air unit and the coil above the furnace replaced everything with marvelous the guys were punctual respectful friendly and did a **** of a job. Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

"Excellent! I was without heat and Nathan came out right away, diagnosed the problem and fixed the furnace immediately. I asked him back to quiet the vibration that had been a prior problem that I had been told was unable to be repaired. This company is honest and worked to fix the root of the vibration and eliminated it. I would absolutely hire this company again and plan on making a spring appointment for my central A/C - I can’t think of a better company or person (Nathan) to hire for furnace or Central A/C Maintence and repair (including emergencies). I highly recommend them and am glad I found Eagles Mechanical Contractors."

"Suggested that I needed a new furnace (because of the age). I don't remember any suggestions to having my chimney checked for any blockages( of which I have now learned later could be the source of my problem) before purchasing a new gas furnace). He did not spend any time talking about what furnaces they sell or installation prices - which was good because I did not feel any pressure to purchase anything). On hindsight, I wished that he had pulled out the burner and checked for any dirty ports, etc. (which the utility company used to do whenever I needed service) as part of the diagnostic labor.) He did spend the time allotted as per the Angie's list deal. I did request an estimate for a new gas furnace of which he provided 2 days later. I must say their response time was excellent - After I paid for the Angie's list deal (on a Saturday-12/10/16), their company called me no more than 15 mins later plus I was able to get an appointment on that Monday (12/12/16)!! The tech/salesperson was polite and professional."

"I must say that Temp control LLC from Woodbridge is one of the best companies around based on my experience with them. I called on a Saturday, Shai came a few hours later, performed the service, explained what the issues were and the next day he called back to ask if everything was doing well. Where do you find service like that? I can say without hesitation that anyone who gives a bad review to this company is either a competitor or someone who wants to damage this company on purpose because you cannot find this type of service anywhere. "I had Indoor Air install a central AC unit and furnace at our rental property and a central AC unit at our residence in early 2016. First, I'm a bit obsessive about research and price quotes and spent many hours sitting with salespeople and getting quotes from seven different local providers: two small-scale, two mid-size and three large companies. The closest local competitor by staffing seemed to be Princeton Air. Indoor Air had such positive reviews on Angie's List, Yelp and Google that I asked Dennis how he was gaming the system, and he claimed that they had no dedicated staff for optimizing online reviews. The salesman for Princeton Air, by contrast, told me they hired someone in 2015 to manage their online presence, after I asked him why their negative reviews seemed to end about six months earlier, with significant negative reviews before. Indoor Air beat Princeton Air's prices by a surprisingly large margin, and five other vendors' pricing by a lesser but still significant amount, right off the bat, and after some back and forth negotiating (I'm very aggressive on price.), he came within 5% of the lowest bid, which was an individual installer with no support staff. I've been surprised by the following: 1) The women who answer the phone always remember who I am and are genuinely friendly and helpful. 2) The service people came out within two hours after I accidentally put a box on a pipe in the attic that drains the water from the AC unit, such that water started dripping through the ceiling. I was mad as **** at them and quite obnoxious, thinking this was their installation fault; they remained patient and professional; and after the tech guy showed me the box on the pipe, he very patiently explained how he'd remedy things at no charge, even as the steam continued to rise from my ears as I argued with him, and then he took care of it immediately, which made me a bit sheepish. 3) Yesterday, a tech came out to my house to look at a problem with a hot water heater that they didn't even install, fixed the problem and didn't charge me for it. (He had been out earlier for annual maintenance of the AC unit and was still in the area.) I tend to be skeptical about tradespeople until proven wrong, but Indoor Air consistently makes me trust their judgement, pricing and professionalism. They've done a couple of other little things for me like replace a thermostat, which required significant rewiring, and their pricing and professionalism in going the second mile without additional charges has been very impressive."
