Based on reviews we went with Jay, the owner of Precise Plumbing. Boy were we satisfied. The drain line was tied into a primary drain line, which was OK by code, but miserable in practice, as there is no way to snake it. Jay was able to figure out an efficient and elegant solution based on his years of experience. We now have a barely visible trap in our garage wall. All this was diagnosed and completed the same day the second handyperson came out. My wife is overjoyed with the washing machine functioning after several weeks of more and more frequent floods. This quickly leads me to being overjoyed. One extremely nice thing is that Jay warrantys his work and that is pretty wonderful. Thanks Jay"

I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left.
