"The company and service techs were all great! We had them out and they replaced the dual capacitor with the caveat that it could be something more, but we would try this first. It worked for a couple weeks but then the breaker kept tripping so we had them back out. Turns out the compressor was bad and was causing the breaker to trip. We were not necessarily surprised by that news. We ended up replacing the whole system, which had been pieced together over the years anyway. We cannot say enough good about the salesman and the techs. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Installation was done on a Saturday and it was pouring down rain most of the day. The technicians were careful to use foot covers when coming into our home since it was so muddy that day. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made us feel confident with the set up and new system. We were very pleased and have already recommended them to several other people."

"They had the work scheduled within a week. It was a ground water issue. We installed a collector box, dug up the damaged clay pipe, installed a section of PVC and backfilled. We were pleased with how soon they were able to start and the ability to be flexible when the problem was somewhat different from what we originally thought. I would use them again."

"Graceland Air did an amazing job installing our mini split heating system. Paul was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Install was quick and simple. We highly recommend them for all your heating/cooling needs!"

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"This was without doubt the best moving experience I've had. They called to inform us they were en route. Very friendly, efficient and helpful. Prior to leaving they offered to help in rearranging the furniture as well! Privately owned thus offering a more personal encounter than other national or regionally movers. I cannot praise them enough. I would strongly and without any hesitation or reserve recommend them."

Thank you for your interest in my company. I know there are many options out there, and I look forward to the opportunity to serve you. Just a little background, I've been in this trade for over twenty years and love what I do. I'm new to this area and just getting started with my new business. Previously I ran another HVAC company for 15 years. We were in a large metro area with high demand and even higher expectations. My philosophy is to take care of the customer, exceed expectations and deliver high quality HVAC installation services. I'm different than all the big boys on the block. I'm not going to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. I AM going to give you an honest assessment of your equipment and suggestion for repair or replacement.\n\nI charge $99 for a service call.\n\nEstimates for replacement are free.

"Takes a while to get ahold of them to get in system. I found them to be fair in determining whether to make a repair or replace. Very fair and reasonable, They are clear on what is and isn’t covered."

"Sears came in and gave an estimate for replacement of heating and air conditioning system. Told him I already repaired what was wrong with the furnace. Gave me prices for a new system, left his personal number for me to call when ready for replacement."
