"They were able to quickly come out and worked to diagnose the problem. After the Air Conditioner checked out the service man moved to the furnace where he found several issues. The furnace could have been repaired, but due to its age (30 years old) and the cost of repairs it was better to replace. The gentleman walked me through the options and helped me determine what was best for my home. He didn't pressure me to purchase the most expensive option and I felt comfortable making the decision. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly. The day of the replacement, the crew was polite, professional, and did a great job installing. "We had water leaking into our crawlspace. It was a mess. The rugs we laid down to make crawling easier were soaked with foul-smelling liquid. Boxes of pictures were ruined. Contaminated items needed to be thrown away. It was a disaster. At first, we thought it may have come from a leak from a recently installed water heater. We contacted the installer (AJ Perri) to look at it. He said that it wasn't from the heater. He assumed it was water from outside and suggested we get a sump pump. We weren't entire convinced that was the case or the cause, so we reached out to plumbers here on Angie's--including Good Tidings. They had someone come over right away to look that problem. He looked (and smelled) the water and said it was from the sewer line, thinking there was a clog. It turned out the pipe was at fault and needed to be replaced. The plumbers Good Tidings sent were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They solved the issue, as we are no longer getting disgusting water in our crawlspace. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed.
