"We had water leaking into our crawlspace. It was a mess. The rugs we laid down to make crawling easier were soaked with foul-smelling liquid. Boxes of pictures were ruined. Contaminated items needed to be thrown away. It was a disaster. At first, we thought it may have come from a leak from a recently installed water heater. We contacted the installer (AJ Perri) to look at it. He said that it wasn't from the heater. He assumed it was water from outside and suggested we get a sump pump. We weren't entire convinced that was the case or the cause, so we reached out to plumbers here on Angie's--including Good Tidings. They had someone come over right away to look that problem. He looked (and smelled) the water and said it was from the sewer line, thinking there was a clog. It turned out the pipe was at fault and needed to be replaced. The plumbers Good Tidings sent were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They solved the issue, as we are no longer getting disgusting water in our crawlspace. In another plumbing-related problem, we'd be sure to call again!"

Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed. And in designing my system, he made a couple of tweaks to the design which got me a higher efficiency rating and qualified me not only for a rebate from the electric company, but a $600 credit on my taxes next spring!
