"My furnace was not working and was in a crawl space with a dirty, wet floor. Neither my propane gas company or a plumber would touch the situation until I contacted someone to pump out the crawl space. While I was waiting for another company (supposedly offering half hour response time but never showed), Sean from All Phases Mechanical ventured down into the mess, found out what was wrong and fixed the problem. I had been told it would be impossible to get this situation resolved today by others, but Sean simply set to work and got the job done. The price was extremely reasonable, the service quick and outstanding, and the company was represented unbelievably well by Sean, the tech sent out to help me. I could not recommend this business more highly. And I will sleep with heat tonight. My condo trustee was on site when the work was finished and plans to use All Phases Mechanical to resolve another problem
