Southland is a Mitsubishi diamond dealer so I got full Mitsubishi warranties plus 1 year from Southland of parts and service. The day the installers arrived, on time, it was raining. Jamie and Ricardo used the utmost care to protect my home. They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment. "Their technician, Justin came out and assessed the situation, quickly discovering the true source of the problem: the wire bundle that connects the system with the thermostat on the wall and been chewed through by rodents apparently, and this was causing the system to quit. He offered to replace the wiring and do a service on the roof mounted AC condenser unit, which we agreed to. Total cost was a fraction of what we had paid the previous company to not even discover or fix! We would wholeheartedly recommend the services of this excellent company."
