He fit us in on short notice on a Saturday, and took his time answering all our questions. Once we were satisfied with the solution, he fixed everything by headlamp in the dark. We tried to empty by bailing, but quickly realized that wasn't working. We called during after hours/emergency hours. Mike was able to come out and replace our 10 year old pump with a brand new one and probably save our basement. Quality work and customer service, amazing price. I would recommend to anyone and we will not hesitate to contact them in the future."
