"I was looking for a contractor to renovate a 2BR rental property. After meeting with several contractors I had decided to go with HD Renovations. During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal. MJL Flooring did an amazing job - first laying in subfloor sheets that were trimmed to compensate for the unevenness, then adding leveling material to provide a sturdy base, and finally laying in the beautiful new hardwood floor. Service was prompt, excellent, efficient and reasonably priced. We were delighted to find an excellent craftsperson who was completely reliable. Highly recommend!"
