Within another 10 minutes, he had a replacement in hand, checked to make sure it was covered by warranty, and installed it, then checked to make sure the house was cooling (it was) A paid invoice was in my mail inbox immediately. These two were timely, knowledgable, professional--and frankly, the most efficient workers I've ever had at my home of 20 years."

I had hired Bowen to service our existing 15 -20 year old unit, and they helped us keep it running for 3 years until we eventually had to bite the bullet. They replaced the unit with a much more efficient York unit with a 10 year parts and labor warranty for a very fair price. They had to manage through a narrow attic access, but got the job done and we could not be happier. The owners and technicians consistently provided honest answers and met their commitments (time and price), and we would highly recommend them. Finding a small business owner that really understands customer service can be a challenge at times, but we got lucky 3 years ago, and i am glad we started this relationship."

Joe was the first to come over and give us an evaluation and an estimate. The others wanted to wait till after dark or the next day. They beat all the others prices on a new a/c. Their Tec's Michael and Julio were here early the next day and worked non-stop till the job was complete! Polite, respectful, professional, and caring! They answered all of our questions and concerns! It has been a few days since the install and everything is great! I can't say enough!
