"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference. I highly recommend HARP. I switched my heating system to them as well after my experience with the AC i stall. Thank you HARP!"

"I had taken the day off from work to accommodate the chimney sweep’s schedule. Which I was happy to do. However, I received a call at the time of the appointment indicating that the chimney sweep’s truck was broken down and there was no other service person in the area to service us. I’m a reasonable person and understand mechanical issues can happen. However, it was disappointing that I was given earlier notice. We rescheduled and the second service call was on time with a courtesy call ahead of time. There were three people who came to the house. One who appeared to be the team leader, was very courteous and seemed to be doing all the work. The other two were busy on their phones in the truck and only appeared to help after the lead service person corralled them to do their jobs. Both arrived at the door begrudgingly and looked very annoyed that they had to do anything at all. Again, the lead person did most of the work, did all the talking, cleaned up after himself, showed me the work he had performed and completed all the paperwork. So all in all they did the service requested. It’s just too bad the two helpers weren’t nearly as dedicated or congenial as the lead person. I share these details as a business owner myself and knowing the challenges of staffing and (right or wrong) how they are perceived by customers."

"Tim came out when he said he would, was friendly and courteous.  He diagnosed our problem and proposed a solution.  He patiently answered all our questions and installed the new equipment that very day. In a few short hours we had a functioning water system with much better water pressure than we ever had here before.  We knew the complete price ahead of time. Since I'd never had the heating/AC ducts in my house cleaned in the 20 years I'd been here, I solicited estimated from three companies.  This one had been recommended by my oil company owner, who said that it had been recognized in the industry as doing high quality work.  All three estimates were about the same, but the owner of Atlantic, Jack Prindiville, impressed me as being far more professional and knowledgeable than the other estimators.  He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, and I was scheduled to have the work done very promptly.

I couldn't have hoped for better workmen than the two young men who did the work.  They were fairly young, professional, efficient, hard-working, and extremely good-natured.  They completed the job fairly quickly, but thoroughly, and left no trace of any mess.  This was an A+ experience in every way!!!
