He even made an extra trip to provide temporary fans and another trip to help us with the thermostat. The installers were timely and swept after they completed the job. We have no complaints. Highly recommend!!"

"Very simple and easy. Called and Left a Message late last night, and the owner Matt emailed me immediately to set up the repair the next day. Couldn’t have been easier. They came in, diagnosed the problem very quickly and had the pipes cleaned out and running in no time. Having just purchased the house and being a new homeowner, I was worried that it would be easy for someone to take advantage of my “newness” and try to sell me things I didn’t need or couldn’t afford at this point. "LG front load washing machine stopped working after trying to wash large area rug with "rubber" non-skid backing (DON'T do this. I tried to clean out drain, but the clog was too far back and too big for me to dislodge. Looked at appliance repair suggestions on Angie's List - Coldappliance was one of the first listed with all A ratings. Read some of the reivews and the 2nd review was from someone who had a similar problem with GE front load machine. Call Coldappliance and explained my problem and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Alan called that morning and asked if we could reschedue our appointment due t a medical issue and offered a discount on his service charge as compensation for rescheduling. When he arrived for the appointment knew exactly what was wrong, cleared the clog and made a couple of suggestions as to how to prevent some of the problems that sometimes occur with these machines due to soap residue and hard water build-up. The only charge was the discounted service call charge. Quite fair for what he did, especially when you consider what other servcie types charge simply to come to your home. Would definity recommend him and use him again when needed.

"Bruno is a great service! They have expanded their products to include a gigantic laundry list of products/services. I mention this because, though they are expert at what they do, they also have their techs trained in some serious upselling. This limits some of the core work they used to do, like just fix my A/C. And I don't want new windows! Yep, Bruno will fix my A/C and then install new windows. Great. Now, about my A/C... they have fixed my same float issue twice this year since March. The second tech found that the float fell over??? into the overflow and suggested I change the float system and put in some other techy float/bactroban/infrared/laser guided something-or-other. Roger that. I would probably never get the Robot float system... and here's the kicker: Bruno installed my new A/C unit last year!!! This year, they've been here twice to fix their own design and installation and I have to pay for it! Or, I can spend a grand on Floaty the Robot to fix their dumb design. Cancel the windows please."

When the project was complete, Tom had no hidden charges and had stuck to the original quoted price. While there, Tom had informed me of a saftey hazard with my furnace and plenum which he showed me an discussed what was needed to make the repairs. Needless to say I gave him that work too."
