"Another plumber charged over $4k and said it would be another $31k to dig up my front yard and replace a sewer line. I think I was being conned! Geoff showed up quickly, fixed it easily and the cost was about $1.5k. Tenants are happy, I'm happy, Geoff is a superhero! "

"Donnie came all the way to Kent late. We had a water line break that flooded out front yard and our crawl spaces. Our sump pump had quit working. He gave us a quote well under others and they were here the next day. They ran into several other issues as well. Donnie said it was the most difficult repair he had ever run across, but they got the job done and we couldn't have been happier. He even helped us figure out the on line financing and never complained. We would highly recommend Jet City Plumbing and have already told others with plumbing problems, to get in touch with them. You will not go wrong. If we have other issues with our old home, we will be sure to call them for help Thanks guys, you're the best!! J & F June Kent, WA."

"My elderly mother is partially blind and disabled. On November 1, 2021 her washing machine broke leaking water in her home. In desperation she called rotor rooter. Roto rooter came out, stopped the leak, and put dryers in and left. They returned a few days later to remove the dryers. The technician quoted my mother a cost of about $3000.00. My mother signed a contract but could not see what she was signing. After Roto rooter Reno removed the dryers they sent a bill to my mother for $9000.00. The contract she signed stated Roto rooter would remove walls, roofing, insulation, baseboard, tile etc. Roto rooter didn’t do any of those things. Roto rooter is price gauging and took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. Roto rooter technicians were in the home no more than 3 hours total. First my mother did not have capacity to enter into a contract as she couldn’t see what she was signing. 2 Roto rooters technicians told her the cost would be about $3000.00. 3 Roto rooter did not do the work in the contract. I believe Roto rooter is commuting elder abuse and fraud."
