"This is my second experience with Joyce Plumbing and Heating. The first time was a new hot water tank. When you have your local city inspector tell you during inspection of the tank installation that "oh, Joyce did it? Then I don't even need to look at the installation...". That was a ringing endorsement!! We then moved to a mini-split heating/cooling system for our house. These guys were just terrific. We had 3 units put into our house and the team worked flawlessly. From Will (our super human sales guy) to Tina in the Joyce P&H office (customer care) to Calvin and his team, we were very well treated, on time and under budget. "We had a leaking 35 year old oil-fired boiler that needed to be replaced. This was just at the start of the heating season in 2021. We got quotes for price & installation dates from several HVAC companies Clear All HVAC supplied several boiler replacement options and also quoted an earlier delivery date than any other quote. We selected a boiler/indirect water heater combination that was significantly less than competing quotes. Clear All installed the system within a week and responded quickly to any concerns & questions we had. We highly recommend Clear All HVAC for anyone that needs HVAC installations, repairs, service and values good customer service. Action was the only one to contact me of all the suggested companies. That made me even more suspicious! They were able to fit me in for the next day. Hmm, more hesitation. But I rested in Action's good reviews on HomeAdvisor and kept the appointment. I was so happy I did. Mike was fantastic. He was personable and extremely informative. He knows his AC and heat pumps really well. I look forward to having them back in a couple of weeks to clean my furnace and do some cleaning and troubleshooting on a Hearthstone gas fireplace. "We have been a Palmer customer for 6 years. The front office and the technicians has always been great to work with. We have been using their AC and Heating Service Plan and on automatic oil and propane fill for years and we have never had an issue. My most recent experience was today for the AC Service Plan. The technician (David) was very polite, experienced, knowledgeable and respectful of our time and home. It’s always a great experience to have maintenance conducted in you home and have the technicians give you expert advice on your heating and AC system. Our AC system is well over 25 years old and still running strong thanks to Palmer. I continue to be impressed with Palmer and will remain a customer for the foreseeable future!"

"Jeff came to my office to service the heating unit. Years past prior techs came and left in 15 mins. Jeff showed me the old filter and new filter in place. The unit is above a suspended ceiling and took an effort to access. Honestly don't think any prior tech even opened the unit. He did a great job. Hired him for job at my house and my in laws place. He is my go to guy for all HVAC."

"Our gas-fired boiler was acting up the day before Labor Day. Rowell&Services sent a technician the following Tuesday. He worked for several hours, but could not get it going properly. He explained what he was doing. We decided to have Rowell&Services install a new boiler instead of trying to repair the old one. Rowell Services technicians installed the new boiler the following Monday. One week for a non-trivial job! The technicians texted 30 minutes before arriving. Spot on. They were extremely courteous. They worked neatly, efficiently, and with good humor. We are more than satisfied. Rowell& Services become our go toservice company."

"I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by McGinley & Sons. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have yet to receive the promised refund for work that was never completed. As a cancer survivor undergoing surveillance scans, the refund would greatly assist in covering my medical expenses. The lack of response and follow-through has added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. In addition to this, I had to hire a lawyer to recover my down payment, which cost me additional money. Moreover, he did not offer to compensate me for the extra expenses, including hiring an electrician to install a wire for the heat pump he could not install. Despite repeated attempts to have the deposit returned, I finally received it after engaging legal assistance. I hope this review will encourage McGinley & Sons to address this matter promptly and fairly."
