"I highly recommend Eddie Perez of CVP Mitigation. He and his crew did a fantastic job on my home! He did his best to keep the cost of the repairs within the budget I had with insurance money. His crew was fast and efficient. I would definitely hire him again."

"The provider been the person that knows about the whole concept of this. She should have explained to me in the first place. I did not know there were 3 steps, it was not explained to me The provider should be upfront with the steps and the price of the 3 steps and not just the initial step. Now she is talking about a lot more money that I cannot afford. If she told me this on the fist place i would have chosen a cheaper alternative."

"I hired Building Performance Solutions (BPS) for mold testing on a home I was purchasing in Siesta Key, and it turned out to be a costly mistake. Despite paying for a professional inspection, they failed to detect toxic mold in multiple areas of the house during my inspection window. This oversight ended up costing me tens of thousands of dollars in remediation and repairs. Beyond that, their communication was poor delayed responses, difficult to reach, and overall unprofessional. Even after I brought the issue to their attention, they refused to take responsibility and would not even refund the cost of their failed inspection. A company that does not own its mistakes and lacks integrity should not be trusted with something as serious as mold testing. If you are considering hiring them, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere."
