"Jeff was great! We hired Spanos Environmental for a pre-purchase mold test/inspection of a condo. We just wanted to ensure that there wasn't any mold present in the walls, etc. Jeff conducted the inspection that included taking some samples that will be sent to a lab for testing."

"Since we had not had professional remediation done on our Hurricane Michael flooded home and had done cleaning and stud treating ourselves, Thomas worked in the "cart before the horse" fashion in satisfying our testing needs. Luckily, from his years of working in remediation, he was able to tell us how to do a more thorough job of cleaning and ridding a few problem areas in our home after pre-testing and then post-testing to see if we had success in our mission. He was thorough, honest, and prompt in meeting with us for appointed times and was timely in getting the reports and certificate completed. Thanks to Thomas, we have a good bill of health from a MRSA certified specialist before we start enclosing our walls as we begin building back. Thomas is the man!!!"

We take great pride in our experience and expertise. Unlike some, I have a unique background of knowing all aspects of construction, both residential and commercial. Therefore, I can pinpoint the cause of the mold where others cannot. Treating the mold is not enough. It is necessary to find out what caused it so that the homeowner can prevent mold from growing again in the future. \nMany health issues can be related to mold in the environment in which you live. Sometimes a mold growth issue is not visually evident. \nThis is why I have focused my business in Florida on mold air testing, assessment and detection. I can help you detect the mold and provide you with an expert opinion on what is needed to resolve the issue. Many times, the homeowner is able to treat the issue themselves avoiding additional expenses. \nIf a mold remediation company is necessary, it is a best practice to have a 3rd party to do an air test and inspection afterwards to ensure that the mold is gone.
