"We recently had the pleasure of hiring Dawson Mechanical to have a new Navien tankless water heater installed. This was a little more than a straightforward job since the water heater was being relocated from a utility closet to the garage which was about 20 feet away. From the time I made the first call to Dawson, I had a good feeling about this company. Dave came over within a few days on a Saturday to look the job over and give me an estimate. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. When the day came for the installation, a crew of 3 workmen arrived around 9:00 AM and did not stop until the job was finished around 5:00 PM. They did an excellent job, were very good about keeping everything clean and neat, and the workmanship was top notch. In short, we were very happy with everything and would not hesitate to use Dawson for our future plumbing/HVAC needs."

"A/C wasn't working, I fiddled with it for a day before calling after I determined the problem was the indoor fan and wasn't the capacitor. Valairco answered my 1st phone call, scheduled someone to come between 10 and 2. Michael arrived around 10:30, diagnosed that we needed a new indoor fan blower motor quickly and left. He came back early the next morning with a replacement motor and installed it. He was polite, professional, and friendly. Working great. Total cost $450 plus tax."

"I waited so long to submit this review because I wanted to see if we really were going to save any money. Our summer electric bills have dropped to a third of what they were last year. We may never fully recover the full replacement cost but getting a PECO bill for $175.00 versus $576.00 (August) is great and that is a positive for the enviornment!
I no longerhave all the specs on the old oil burner but with the new system (3 zones vs. 2) we are using 50% less fuel oil. I can't track the savings due to warmer temperatures but the new unit runs a lot less than the old Columbia.

As a single woman running my own home and being very particular.....it is extremely important to be able to discuss the job, hear all the details, and employ someone who is honest, honorable, well qualified, neat, and highly informed. I first hired Rob for the drain problem. He accomplished that efficiently and neatly at a reasonable price. We discussed options for a back up for the sump pump. Having a finished basement, I am always concerned about water. I have never lost electricity during a rain storm....but the possibility always takes up space in my brain. "After two weeks of trying to diagnose the problem with my heating system, it was determined that I needed to replace the system. Although this was not the answer that I was looking for, it was the right answer and decision. From the technicians who determined a replacement was needed, to Phil Grego who coordinated the replacement installation, to Miguel and his coworker who worked quickly to replace the system, it was a flawless coordinated effort to restore a working heating system in my house. All representatives from Arctic Air were respectful and informative. An extra shout out to Phil who was able to get me on the installation schedule quickly."

"It went well at the time. The furnace installation price included a 3 year service contract for my 2 ac units and 2 furnaces.  I have had 3 maintainance  services so far which were ok.  Now they seem to have gone out of business for the last 4 months.  I am still due 3 more included  maintainance  service calls.   Are they coming back in business or am I out the money and hire someone else?"

"My call was responded within less than an hour and Mo arrived the next morning. He patiently reviewed the system and found that the coil is in a state of disrepair. Recent regulations require complete replacement of the unit; this is a major job. Mo patiently helped me evaluate the pros and cons of different products and gave me a very good offer to handle it.. In the meantime my house renters, who spent two sleepless nights in oven-hot bedrooms, got a same-day installation offer from a plumber who worked for them. So I went with their decision to help avoid another oven night. I rate here the diagnosis, evaluation and advice by Mo. "Braido is a nice family run company.  I had the original 25 year old furnace and AC. I has the last house on the block to replace them.  Needed to get it done before winter.  They showed up the day I called for an estimate, took measurements, checked old system and discussed in detail my options for a replacement system.   No pressure to sell me the best as we will down size in a few years. A few days later quotes for two systems arrived. I was able to scheduled an installation that fit my schedule.  It was your typical one day job.  Everything went smoothly with the installation, and the old hardware was taken away.  I like this company and recommend them, I give them and A.
