Dave arrived at the appointed time, evaluated my my HVAC system and identified the problem. He explained what needed to be done to correct the problem, how long it would take and what it would cost. He and his team were able to complete the repairs, ran my system - testing it to make sure there were no other issues. My heat pump/heat was up and running the same day. When they came to my home they found that there was a little piece of plastic stopping the shut off valve (for the toilet) from completely closing.
