"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"They were able to respond quickly and ordered the replacement furnace for the following Monday installation. THEN, they knew the temperature was going down to the 30â s and supplied two heaters for my son and daughter-in-law to keep warm with. That was exceptional service! And they cleaned up after themselves leaving those area looking better than ever. Great guys!"

"The good things:
1) they showed up on time
2) installed working equipment
3) came back in the spring to finish connecting the a/c
The bad things:
1) Not once did they respond after the 1st call; it always took 2, 3, or more messages to get a response
2) Put the air filter in a spot where it's inaccessible. Already-existing vent pipes block access to the air filter, so I have to buy two half-sized filters and squeeze them in.
3) The owner called my husband "schnookums". Totally perplexing ... and completely unprofessional.
